Recruitment Specialist – Build With Us Cornerstone HR & Migration is a specialist recruitment and migration firm working closely with Australian businesses to solve workforce shortages through targeted recruitment and visa-aligned hiring strategies . We are a lean, founder-led business and are now looking for a strong, commercially minded Recruitment Specialist to work directly with the Director and play a key role in growing the recruitment arm of the business. This is not a high-volume, transactional recruitment role. It is a position for someone who wants ownership, responsibility, and long-term growth . The role You will be involved in both candidate-driven and employer-driven recruitment , including: Proactively identifying and engaging employers for strong, ready-to-place candidates Working with employers who need to fill roles under tight timelines Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates using existing recruiter networks, referrals, and direct sourcing Managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously with speed and structure Conducting interviews and assessing both technical capability and cultural fit Working closely with migration professionals to ensure recruitment outcomes align with visa pathways You will be trusted to make decisions, manage priorities, and deliver outcomes without constant supervision. About you This role will suit someone who: Has experience in recruitment (agency or in-house) Is comfortable sourcing both candidates and employers , not just responding to inbound roles Understands urgency, accountability, and commercial outcomes Can work independently and manage pressure Communicates confidently with business owners, managers, and candidates Wants to grow into a senior or lead role as the business scales Experience in skilled migration, sponsorship, or international recruitment is highly regarded but not essential . Salary & structure This role is designed to grow with the business .
