This position supports managing the team by coordinating cleaning, porterage, waste, the mortuary and linen services to meet organisational goals. This position liaises with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve goals. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following: Demonstrated ability and experience in supervising and providing training and support to the Operational Services team. Demonstrated knowledge and experience working in Operational Services and in the use of appropriate techniques and equipment. High level organisational skills with an ability to utilise problem solving strategies, prioritise and allocate tasks. High level interpersonal skills with ability to lead and manage a multidisciplinary team. High level of verbal and written communication skills including the ability to negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders.
