About us: The Permanent Nurse Pool (PNP) at the Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH) is one of the largest and most dynamic units within the hospital. The PNP consists of dedicated and multi-skilled AINs, ENs and RNs. The PNP supports clinical and non-clinical areas across the hospital and associated health services covering emergent leave, workload increases and additional supplementary staffing needs. Working on the PNP provides a unique opportunity for staff to develop skills that are not bound to one specialty but are transferable across all areas, developing staff both personally and professionally.
