Your new role: As a Registered Nurse in Blue Gum Court, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents with complex physical, cognitive and behavioural needs, working as part of a multidisciplinary aged care team. Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to residents with complex chronic conditions, dementia, acquired brain injury and bariatric needs Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, responding effectively to clinical deterioration and behavioural presentations Lead and support care teams through effective delegation, clinical decision-making and role modelling best practice Contribute to quality improvement, documentation, and evidence-based practice within a residential aged care setting About you: You are a dedicated and clinically capable Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering respectful, person-centred care in aged care and dementia services. Registered with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse, with sound clinical experience in aged care, dementia or complex care environments Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively, applying strong clinical judgement and critical thinking Skilled in recognising and responding to dementia-related behaviours and clinical deterioration using appropriate interventions Committed to ongoing professional development, quality improvement and upholding organisational values of integrity, compassion and respect Check out our quick tips and application essentials!
