Your new role: In this role, you will provide advanced mental health nursing care to consumers with complex presentations, working autonomously within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation model that is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive and recovery focused. You will: Deliver advanced mental health assessment, care planning and intervention Coordinate clozapine clinics, depot medication and physical health monitoring Facilitate individual and group-based rehabilitation programs Apply advanced clinical judgement in autonomous community-based practice Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement and service initiatives About you: You are an experienced mental health nurse with strong clinical capability and a passion for community-based psychiatric rehabilitation.
