About your role As the Revenue Education Manager, you will coordinate and manage revenue education programs, procedures and reporting that support own-source revenue optimisation across Princess Alexandra Hospital. Key responsibilities include: Leading the development, implementation and review of revenue education materials, procedures and training programs across the facility Managing and mentoring the AO4 Revenue Education and Training Officer, including performance, development and workforce planning Collaborating with revenue and private practice stakeholders to deliver audits, quality measures and targeted education initiatives Identifying knowledge gaps and delivering tailored education to improve revenue identification, compliance and collection About you You are an experienced revenue or finance professional with a strong background in education, stakeholder engagement and public hospital revenue processes. We provide world class health care to Brisbane City's southern suburbs across emergency, medical, mental health and surgical services, including liver and kidney transplant. The PAH as a major medical research precinct hosts Australia's most advanced medical research facility, the Translational Research Institute (TRI) as well as a new Clinical Research Facility for the discoveries made at TRI to be trialed in a safe clinical environment.
