Your new role: As an Assistant in Nursing, you will play a vital role supporting Registered Nurses and contributing to safe, compassionate, person-centred care across a variety of clinical settings within Bayside Health Service. You will: Assist Registered Nurses with direct and indirect patient care, working within your scope of practice Support day-to-day ward and unit operations, including maintaining equipment, stores and patient environments Observe, report and escalate patient care needs to support effective assessment and care planning Work across multiple wards and sites on a rotating roster, providing flexible coverage for emergent staffing needs About you: You are a caring and reliable healthcare professional who thrives in a team-based environment and is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
