We’re looking for a new Digital Performance Specialist to join our national team to engage, support and train the Ray White network on how to leverage our technology platform (One System) to achieve their business ambitions. While working as part of the national team, you’ll work primarily in one state developing deep relationships with business owners, sales agents and administrators to identify opportunities to streamline their processes and grow their business to be the “best in market”. Hosting professional training sessions, both online and in person, you’ll engage audiences from 10 to 100 to understand each of the applications in the One System and how to use them to extract their full value. This role is primarily Monday to Friday from Sydney. Duties and Responsibilities Core responsibilities Build relationships with members of our network and influence their technology ability Conduct professional training, online, locally and nationally Have a deep understanding of each of the technology applications Challenge offices procedures and systems to improve output Work closely with state based teams within your area of responsibility while staying aligned to national programs of work Day to day Each day for our Digital Specialist team is a “craft your own adventure” and may include tasks such as Spend time visiting offices Freedom to deliver value leveraging your passion, energy and personality Onboard and offboard new offices and members to the One System Investigate and support office’s challenges Why you’ll be successful in the role You’ve worked in or around the Real Estate industry and understand the processes within an agency You have strong tech skills and can easily adopt new applications Excellent interpersonal skills: you genuinely enjoy talking to and helping people solve their problems. Accountability and responsiveness are in your DNA Flexibility and a willingness to learn Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience Real Estate industry or Ray White franchise experience for more than 2 years is mandatory. A Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment or equivalent is desirable. Comfortable and confident in using, implementing and teaching technology applications related to Real Estate. (Portals, listings, marketing submissions and websites) Facilitation experience including presenting in front of a group with structured training material and ensuring the attendees are absorbing the material. Demonstrated experience in working as part of a team over a variety of locations. A natural communicator who can instantly build rapport and show empathy. Has a positive attitude and is purposeful in their actions. Enjoys being around people and explaining concepts related to technology adoption. Proven track record training small business or channels in new technology platforms. Has reported professionally to managers on the outcomes of training programs. The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Creativity and imagination when communicating the agreed training concepts.
