The opportunity This is a senior Training Lead role within a large-scale enterprise transformation program modernising ERP, HR/Payroll, data and integration platforms , with SAP S/4HANA at its core. Day Rate: $1200-$1300 Super a day Contract Duration: 12 months Location: North Sydney (minimum 3 days office, occasional travel) You will be accountable for the end-to-end training and enablement strategy , ensuring end users, super users and support teams are fully equipped to adopt new processes and technology at go-live and beyond. The role plays a critical part in driving adoption, improving data quality, and reducing business disruption. What you’ll be doing Lead the training strategy, plan and governance aligned to deployment waves, cutover and change approach Design and deliver role-based, process-led learning across SAP S/4HANA and integrated systems Partner closely with Change, PMO, Process Owners and Systems Integrators to align training with UAT, cutover and hypercare Oversee development of blended learning assets (ILT/VILT, eLearning, simulations, QRGs, job aids, in-app guidance) Establish and lead a Super User / Champion network and Train-the-Trainer model Manage LMS/LXP platforms, training environments, data refreshes and reporting Provide go/no-go readiness inputs and lead hypercare enablement post go-live What you’ll bring 7 years in enterprise training or learning roles, including hands-on ERP training leadership Strong SAP experience (S/4HANA essential; ECC and/or SuccessFactors highly regarded) Experience delivering training across multiple functional areas (Finance, Supply Chain, Asset Management, Reporting & Analytics, etc.) Solid understanding of Fit-to-Standard, UAT, cutover and hypercare Hands-on with LMS/LXP platforms and digital adoption tools (e.g. SAP Enable Now, WalkMe) Strong stakeholder engagement skills, comfortable working with execs through to frontline users Nice to have Experience in large, phased enterprise deployments Strong process and data literacy Exposure to training metrics, readiness dashboards and adoption measurement Why apply?
