We are currently seeking Site Supervisor’s for our various WA operations in WA. THE ROLE You would be accountable for leading your allocated team to safely, efficiently and effectively deliver tyre management services in accordance with the site contract management plan and under the direction from our Superintendent Reginal Operations and Manager Operations. Prioritising and directing personnel to perform tyre fitting and workshop maintenance tasks in the most efficient, safe and cost-effective manner Maintaining a safe and efficient workforce by providing constructive and positive feedback as well as provide initiatives for increased safety and performance Demonstrating a high level of supervision to ensure all safety systems are present Leading by example to ensure all personnel comply with site and company policies, procedures, instructions, and Golden Rules Actively promoting a safety culture across site operations that targets Health & Safety to personnel and the environment Provide recommendations to manage both on-site and off-site reconditioning of tyres and rims including repairs, re-treads and non-destructive testing. Provide assistance with end of month reporting by providing a written overview of site progress.
