What you’ll do … Elicit and document data flows and requirements by mapping data sources, pipelines, transformations, integrations, and lineage; identifying issues across data quality and governance; and shaping future‑state data processes aligned to business and platform needs. Shape new initiatives by partnering with business and technical leads to understand strategic priorities, constraints, and scope of projects. Define system, data and integration requirements by capturing functional & non-functional requirements and validating them with business stakeholders. Align architecture and business goals by collaborating with Solution Architects and engineering leads to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable and aligned to outcomes Prepare high‑quality requirements by working with Customer Journey Experts (Product Owners) and delivery teams to develop clear features, user stories and acceptance criteria. Assess impacts and support delivery by identifying system impacts, supporting project leads during implementation, and ensuring requirements are traced, documented, and feasible. What we’re looking for… 8 years of Technical Business Analysis experience, including senior-level responsibility for defining detailed technical and data requirements across multiple platforms. Strong data expertise with SQL, modern data platforms, Azure Synapse, Informatica and Power BI. Banking or financial-services domain experience, with an understanding of core products, data flows and internal processing systems. Communicates complex ideas clearly, influencing stakeholders across teams, locations, and time zones.
