QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Law or Business Administration Risk Management, or related field Professional certification in Compliance or Auditing (CCEP, CIA, CRMA, ISO Compliance) highly regarded EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Minimum 7-10 years progressive experience in compliance, legal, risk, or regulatory roles Experience conducting internal audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory reporting Proven ability to develop and implement compliance frameworks and internal controls Background in engineering, facilities management, or estate operations highly preferred Experience working with government authorities and regulatory bodies Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability Ability to manage risk registers, corrective action plans, and investigation reports Strong knowledge of UAE labour law, data protection, and HSE regulations Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and quality/environmental standards Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong reporting, documentation, and policy drafting capability High level of integrity and ethical judgment RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee full compliance with UAE laws, estate policies, and operational standards Lead internal audits, risk assessments, and regulatory reporting processes Develop, update, and enforce compliance policies and procedures Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions Promote a culture of ethical conduct and accountability across departments Deliver compliance training and awareness programs to management and staff Coordinate with legal advisors, department heads, and government authorities Ensure adherence to HSE and quality management standards Prepare detailed compliance reports and investigation findings Perform additional duties as required by operational needs SALARY AED 13,000 - 17,000 per month - Tax Free BENEFITS Quality external accommodation provided by Company Health Insurance One economy return flight per annum 30 days annual leave Meals provided while at work Please note: Kindly check your junk or spam mail folders after applying, as our response to your application may occasionally be diverted there.
