They are seeking a Management Accountant who can partner closely with operations, add rigour to financial processes, and play a key role in driving commercial outcomes. About the role: In this hands-on and business-facing role, you will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely analysis that supports production, supply chain, and senior leadership teams. You'll work end-to-end across budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting-ensuring the numbers tell the real story behind performance. Prepare monthly management reports, financial analysis, and variance commentary Partner with manufacturing operations to understand cost drivers and improve site performance Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles across multiple production lines Maintain and improve standard costing models and product cost analysis Support inventory accounting, including stock reconciliations and cost reviews Assist with CAPEX evaluation, business cases, and continuous improvement initiatives Enhance financial processes, controls, and reporting tools About You: 4 years of experience in management accounting or commercial finance Degree-qualified in Accounting or Finance; CA/CPA highly regarded Prior experience in manufacturing, FMCG, industrial, or similar cost-focused environments Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of standard costing and operational performance metrics Confident communicator with the ability to partner across operations and influence decision makers Proactive, detail-oriented, and curious - someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Ready to contribute to a business that values insight, collaboration, and continuous improvement?
