Description Prepare monthly management accounts with detailed variance analysis, ensuring accurate reporting of financial performance. Own inventory accounting, including stock valuation, reconciliations, provisions, and investigation of variances. Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, tracking performance and highlighting risks and opportunities. Partner with retail and operational teams to provide clear financial insight and support decision-making. Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards using advanced Excel and Power BI. Support process improvements, controls, and system enhancements within a fast-paced retail environment. Profile A successful Management Accountant should have: Proven experience as a Management Accountant, with strong inventory accounting experience. Advanced Excel skills and confidence using data to produce clear, actionable insight (Power BI desirable). Experience in a retail or consumer-facing environment, or a strong understanding of high-volume stock operations. Commercially minded, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
