About this role: Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, this role is a key driver of financial accuracy and operational efficiency. You will take full ownership of accounts receivable and payable, manage journal entries, support month-end close, and ensure financial records are precise and up to date. A proactive “can do” attitude and strong attention to detail are key to driving continuous improvements and keeping operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing, collections, and creditor payments. Process journals and general ledger entries with accuracy. Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting. Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and investments. Assist with budgeting and cash flow monitoring. Collaborate with internal teams and liaise with external parties as required. Skills and Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounts receivable and payable Experience with month-end close processes, journals, and ledger management. CPA qualification preferred but not essential. Intermediate Excel skills. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
