A Day in the Life As our Receptionist, you’ll be the friendly face and welcoming voice of SCA. You’ll keep the office running smoothly, support teams across the business, and help create a positive, organised workplace every day. You’ll be responsible for: Welcoming visitors and answering calls with warmth and professionalism Keeping reception, meeting rooms, and shared spaces tidy and well-presented Supporting teams with general admin, data entry, and meeting coordination Managing couriers, invoices, and basic office processes Assisting Sales and leadership teams with admin and reporting support About You You’re friendly, organised, and love being at the centre of a busy office. You take pride in creating great first impressions and enjoy helping others get things done.
