Description DP World is looking for an experienced A-Grade Electrician to join our Maintenance team at Fisherman Islands Terminal. This is a part-time role with strong earning potential through additional hours and penalty-rate shifts. You’ll work on large-scale terminal equipment in a safety-first, well-resourced industrial environment, supported by an experienced team and modern systems. What’s on offer Part-time role with regular opportunities for extra hours Penalty rates for applicable shifts Work on heavy fixed plant and mobile equipment Stable, long-term employment with a global organisation Strong safety culture and professional maintenance standards Key Responsibilities Electrical maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on terminal equipment Planned and reactive maintenance to engineering standards Breakdown response to minimise operational downtime Use of CMMS for job cards and parts management Ensure all equipment is tested and safe before return to service Relief Leading Hand / Shift Supervisor duties when required About You QLD A-Grade Electrical Licence Certificate III in Electrotechnology (or equivalent) Strong experience in heavy industrial or fixed plant environments Confident with fault finding, diagnostics, and electrical drawings Experience with Siemens / Omron PLCs and AC drives (highly regarded) Safety-focused, reliable, and team-oriented Flexible to work day/night shifts and weekends Hold or be eligible for an MSIC About DP World DP World is reshaping the future of global trade to improve lives everywhere.
