The Opportunity Reporting to the Group Head of Facilities, this newly created role provides strategic and operational leadership across our multi-site portfolio. You will oversee and support a team of five Facilities Managers , ensuring consistent standards, high performance, and strong alignment with Spotlight Groups operational and commercial objectives. This is a key leadership position responsible for driving best-practice facilities operations, enhancing service quality, and supporting the continued growth of our store and property networks. Key Responsibilities Leadership and People Management Lead, mentor, and develop five Facilities Managers across their specialist service categories. Promote consistent operating standards and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Operational Excellence Oversee end-to-end planned and reactive maintenance across Spotlight Groups national store and property portfolio. Support minor capital works and operational improvement initiatives. Contract and Vendor Governance Ensure all facilities operations meet WHS, legislative, and Essential Safety Measures requirements. Drive proactive risk mitigation and operational assurance. Financial and Strategic Support Oversee operational expenditure, identify cost-optimisation opportunities, and support annual budgeting. Provide reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership. Who You Are An experienced leader in Facilities Management with exposure to large, complex, or multi-site environments. Skilled in leading technical teams and managing specialist service portfolios. An effective communicator able to partner with stakeholders at all levels.
