About the role: We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Administration Manager with a strong background in hospital environments to lead our hospital administration support services at Westside Private Hospital. This is a Full-time role Monday to Friday. Duties and responsibilities: This role will see you working collaboratively with both the administrative and clinical teams, as well as liaising with our 3 Support Offices. As Administration Manager, you will: Lead, mentor, and support the Hospital Reception team in a busy, patient-focused environment Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and quality frameworks Manage all aspects of hospital administration including bookings, pre-admissions, front and back office functions Working closely with the General Manager and Director Nursing to support the multi disciplinary team and to guide operational efficiency Oversee building maintenance requests, supply chain processes, and register management Drive a positive and collaborative culture across the administration team and wider hospital This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated administration leader who thrives in healthcare and is looking to take on additional responsibility within a supportive environment. About you: You are a natural leader with exceptional communication and organisational skills, committed to delivering outstanding patient experiences.
