$40.63 per hour Full-Time Permanent Position Available Access to NFP Salary Packaging Canossa Private Hospital is seeking an experienced and dedicated Kitchen Manager to lead our Food Services team and deliver exceptional meal services to our patients, residents, visitors and staff. Your Role As our Kitchen Manager, you will oversee all culinary and operational aspects of the hospital kitchen to ensure the delivery of high-quality, nutritious meals in line with Ozcare’s standards and values. Your responsibilities will include: Deliver high‑quality food services through hands‑on cooking, meal preparation, and consistent monitoring of client needs. Lead, supervise, and support kitchen staff while managing daily staffing levels and operational workflows. Ensure full compliance with food safety, infection prevention, workplace health and safety, and all relevant legislation. Collaborate effectively with the Support Services team, uphold Ozcare’s values, and maintain positive supplier relationships. Drive continuous improvement through quality audits, kitchen cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and accurate food safety reporting.
