Our client Crisp Wireless is seeking a skilled ICT Support Engineer to join their team to provide technical support and maintain the integrity of their IT systems. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operation of networks, software, and hardware, while implementing improvements and supporting users across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day technical support for systems, networks, applications, and devices. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently. Develop and maintain IT procedures, documentation, and best practices. Conduct system audits to identify risks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Support installation, upgrades, and maintenance of servers, desktops, and networking equipment. Collaborate with teams to ensure IT systems meet operational and security standards. Train and guide staff on IT tools, policies, and processes. Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve reliability and efficiency. Requirements: Experience in IT support, systems administration, or network engineering. Familiarity with networking, servers, software applications, and troubleshooting techniques. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication skills and ability to assist non-technical users. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
