Crisp Wireless is seeking a skilled Network Administrator to join their growing team. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation, performance, and security of our network systems, supporting both our residential and commercial clients. Role Overview: As a Network Administrator at Crisp Wireless, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our network infrastructure. You will handle network setup, hardware and software configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance to ensure reliable service across our fixed wireless networks. This role combines hands-on technical work with proactive network management. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, servers, and wireless equipment. Monitor network performance and optimize for reliability, speed, and security. Troubleshoot and resolve network faults, cabling issues, and hardware failures. Manage user accounts, passwords, security settings, and access permissions. Maintain inventory and documentation for all network systems, updates, and resolutions. Assess network operations and recommend improvements to systems and processes. Provide technical support and training to clients and team members as needed. Conduct routine tests and maintenance checks on network devices, DC power systems, UPS, and solar backups at remote sites. Support the integration of new technologies into the Crisp Wireless network infrastructure. Requirements: Proven experience in network administration, installation, and troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of network hardware, software, and protocols. Familiarity with wireless systems, Point-to-Point and Point-to-Multipoint networks. Understanding of DC power systems, UPS units, and solar backup solutions. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
