This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the structure and repeatability of modular construction and understands how it differs from traditional builds. You’ll be involved in pricing factory-built homes from concept through to delivery—covering everything from off-site manufacture and steel chassis systems to transport, cranage, and on-site installation. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment where accuracy matters, workflows are steady, and your input genuinely shapes project outcomes. What You’ll Be Doing Preparing detailed cost estimates for modular residential projects Reviewing architectural and engineering drawings Pricing steel chassis, fabrication, finishes, transport, and installation Managing allowances, options, and pricing schedules Applying WA-specific requirements including BAL ratings and regional loadings Reviewing supplier and subcontractor pricing Supporting tenders, budgets, and variation pricing Maintaining cost databases and pricing benchmarks What You’ll Bring Estimating experience in modular, prefabricated, or similar construction Strong understanding of WA residential construction costs Confidence pricing steel-based building systems Solid Excel skills; estimating software experience a plus Commercially minded with strong attention to detail Perth-based with full Australian working rights What’s On Offer $95K–$110K Super , based on experience Long-term role with a reliable, growing residential workload Exposure to modern, repeatable modular housing projects Supportive team culture with clear systems and processes Apply Now Send your CV to tyler.reid@tenrecruit.com.au or call (08) 6118 2278 for a confidential discussion.
