This is your opportunity to step into a pivotal role with one of Perth's most respected land developers - an organisation with a pipeline of master-planned communities that are genuinely shaping the way Western Australians live. You'll work across the full development lifecycle, from feasibility and due diligence through to delivery and settlement, gaining exposure to projects that matter. Think significant land holdings, complex stakeholder environments, and the kind of work that builds careers. The Role You'll be hands-on across all stages of the development process. You'll prepare feasibility assessments, coordinate consultants, navigate planning approvals, manage project budgets and programs, and contribute to the commercial decision-making that drives project success. This isn't a back-office support role - you'll be in the detail, on-site, and adding value from day one. What You'll Bring A relevant degree in property, planning, construction, or engineering. Ideally experience in land or residential development, with exposure to WA's planning framework. Strong commercial instincts, genuine attention to detail, and the communication skills to work effectively with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Most importantly, you're hungry to learn and ready to take ownership. Why This Opportunity You'll join an organisation with the scale to offer genuine career progression and the culture to support your development along the way. The project exposure is exceptional - you won't be pigeon-holed into one estate or one phase. This is the kind of foundation role that sets up long-term careers in property development. Interested?
