To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join our Human Resources team based at our Leonora Operations. Reporting to the HR Superintendent, this is a permanent opportunity working 8 days on, 6 days off FIFO roster providing professional HR support to the operations across the Genesis portfolio. The role will provide professional hands-on HR support working closely with Leaders and the workforce across the Leonora Operations ensuring people practices are compliant and aligned with organisational goals. You will deliver the full suite of Human Resources Systems and provide coaching and advice to our People in line with our ASPIRE core values. The Opportunity: Ensuring the Company’s HR systems, policies and guidelines are being effectively used with particular attention to fair and consistent application. Assist with strategic operational HR initiatives and projects which align with strategic business objectives. Supporting all People Systems across the employee lifecycle including recruitment / selection, onboarding, performance, career development, progression and succession. Providing employee relations support including coaching leaders in the management of employees covering case management, grievance resolution, performance / conduct issues, workers compensation and non-work-related injury/illness. Contributing to the review and development of HR Systems and guidelines, including the ongoing roll out of HRIS system (Workday). Maintaining and regularly auditing relevant data trackers in preparation for monthly and quarter end reporting. What you can expect from us: Working with a close-knit team and supportive team. Demonstrated relevant operational experience as a senior HR professional within the Resources Industry. Knowledge and understanding of employment legislation, performance management framework, governance and performance management practices. Sounds knowledge in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication, engagement and influencing skills. Ability to be agile in an expanding operational environment.
