Your New Role Based in Brisbane, this role sits within a growing national Projects, Energy & Infrastructure team working closely with leading partners on major mandates across energy, infrastructure and private capital. You will advise on a diverse mix of work including renewable and traditional energy projects, energy M&A, joint ventures, due diligence, PPPs and large-scale transport and social infrastructure developments. Matters span both public and private sector clients and are often among the most high-profile projects in the market. This role will suit a lawyer who enjoys close partner access, hands-on involvement in complex matters and the opportunity to take ownership as their experience grows. You will be supported by strong mentoring, with scope over time to support junior lawyers and contribute to business development initiatives.
