The key duties of the position include We are seeking IT Support Team Leads to join our Enterprise Solutions and Technology business area. As an IT Support Team Lead, you will perform a leadership role, exercising a high degree of independence while engaging in technical knowledge transfer. You'll coordinate and undertake detailed, complex, information technology work that impacts our IT Platforms and operations. This includes providing high-level technical, operational, and procedural advice, engaging in complex problem solving, and managing sensitive issues You will be flexible in your approach and provide support across a variety of work environments and frameworks. You may also be required to manage the operations of high profile, client-facing systems or internal support functions. This includes monitoring, health of system and overseeing service management processes such as change, incident, problem, knowledge, and release management. You will lead a team and be accountable for allocating and managing resources including, performance management of staff in accordance with legislation and policies.
