Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician Permanent | Western Sydney | Immediate Start My client, based in Western Sydney, is seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to start ASAP for a Permanent position. This hands-on role suits a self-motivated, customer-focused individual who can work independently or as part of a team. You will be responsible for electrical maintenance, fault finding, and equipment installations while ensuring a high standard of service and output for the customer. Key Responsibilities Electrical maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting Installation and fitting of new equipment including conveyors, packaging machinery, and general engineering equipment Perform maintenance work as requested Complete all duties in a timely, safe, and compliant manner Work effectively both independently and within a team Maintain and operate equipment including: Seamer and canning lines Pouch lines, fillers, mincers Palletisers, conveyors, and meat production equipment Read and interpret drawings and specifications Identify and recommend continuous improvement initiatives Maintain accurate records using a Computerised Maintenance System (CMS / MEX) About You Unrestricted Australian Electrical Licence (mandatory) Proven experience in electrical maintenance and fault finding Experience in a manufacturing environment (highly regarded) PLC experience/exposure required (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Rockwell) Strong understanding of OH&S requirements Ability to work independently and unsupervised Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong customer focus with ability to build and maintain relationships Ability to use a CMS (MEX) Own tools required Reliable, punctual, and professional If you are interested in this position, then please apply or send your resume to scottc@harrisonbarratt.com.au
