Job Description We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day maintenance operations across both hotels, ensuring building systems, equipment and facilities are maintained to a high standard to deliver an excellent guest experience. This position suits a maintenance professional who enjoys leading a team, coordinating contractors and working in a fast-paced hotel environment. What you’ll be doing: Carry out and oversee preventative and reactive maintenance across the hotels Prioritise daily maintenance requests to support smooth hotel operations Diagnose, maintain and repair plant, equipment and hotel infrastructure Coordinate and supervise contractors, ensuring work meets Accor standards and safety requirements Assist with testing and compliance of fire panels, emergency lighting and life‑safety systems Maintain accurate maintenance records in line with Council, regulatory and compliance requirements Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives Liaise closely with Front Office and Housekeeping to minimise room downtime
