You’ll be responsible for emissions accounting (GHG Scope 1, 2, and 3), preparing and submitting ASRS, NGER, NPI reports, ensuring compliance with evolving sustainability frameworks and internal ESG strategies. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will help us meet regulatory requirements and support our commitment to continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Manage sustainability data collection and validation across operations and the value chain. Prepare inventories and reports aligned with recognised standards (GHG Protocol, ASRS-AASB S2, TCFD, NGERs, NPI). Ensure compliance with all reporting requirements and frameworks. Develop dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and advanced Excel to track sustainability performance. Conduct research on sustainability topics, methodologies and best practices. Collaborate with operations, finance, procurement and other business units to gather and improve sustainability data. Produce clear, accurate and well-structured written reports for internal and external stakeholders. Maintain up-to-date documentation and audit-ready records for assurance processes. Support sustainability initiatives and contribute to improvement projects. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Commerce or a related field. 2 - 3 years’ experience in sustainability reporting, including NGERs, NPI reporting and GHG emissions accounting. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, data modelling) and proficiency in Power BI. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of sustainability reporting standards and frameworks (NGERs, NPI, GHG Protocol, AASB S2, TCFD). Exceptional written communication and stakeholder engagement skills. High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
