The key duties of the position include What you will do as the Senior Risk and Reporting Officer: As the Senior Risk and Reporting Officer you will make a significant contribution to the Finance, Strategy and Performance branch's operation and to the organisation. You will be responsible for: Supporting the design, implementation and maintenance of the AER Risk Management Framework, including uplift of related policies, procedures, systems and capabilities. Facilitating regular risk reviews and maintain risk registers and reporting, including monitoring emerging risks and trends and preparing analysis and briefings for management. Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance the maturity and efficiency of risk and assurance processes. Providing secretariat services for the Risk and Audit Committee (RAC), including meeting logistics, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.
