About the Role and Us We are an established property group managing a large and diverse portfolio commercial and industrial units across Perth Metro. We are looking for a proactive, organised and confident Property Manager to join our in-house team. You will be responsible for the full day-to-day management of a designated portfolio, including inspections, check-ins, check-outs, maintenance coordination and tenant relations. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and has experience managing multiple sites dealing with a broad range of owners and tenants. Key Responsibilities Conduct check-ins, check-outs and mid-term inspections Arrange and oversee maintenance works, contractors and repairs Ensure compliance and standards Handle tenant queries, complaints and general communication Prepare inspection reports and photographic evidence Manage void turnaround and ensure efficient re-let times Liaise with local government, utility companies and external suppliers Support senior management with property performance reporting Maintain accurate records and updates to internal systems Requirements Experience in property management- Commercial/Industrial preferred or residential lettings Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage a large, busy workload Comfortable travelling between sites Good understanding of legal and compliance obligations (training provided if needed) Confident dealing with owners, contractors and tenants Full driving licence Preferred to have experience with Cirrus8 system Full Unlimited Working Rights- PR, Bridging PR or Citizen Valid Real Estate Licence Optional Open to Interstate Applicants Open to Commercial/Industrial Ast Property Managers with a passion to get into the next role!
