Your New Role Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will support the business across a broad range of commercial legal matters, providing practical and solutions-focused advice. A significant component of the role involves drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial and vendor contracts, including agreements with technology providers and platform partners. You will also advise on intellectual property and copyright matters, privacy and data-related issues and provide general commercial support to internal stakeholders. This role will suit a lawyer who enjoys variety, learning new subject matter and being close to the commercial realities of a large organisation.
