Description Key Responsibilities Digital Demand Generation Build and maintain focused target lists using available data and insights. Identify new opportunities and support expansion within existing customers. Digital Campaign Execution Run simple, targeted campaigns across email, social channels, and other digital touchpoints. Tailor messaging to Microsoft solutions and customer needs. Experiment with AI tools to improve targeting, content creation, and execution speed. Sales Enablement & Operations Support the flow of leads from marketing to sellers, ensuring nothing is missed. Maintain clear reporting on pipeline progress and campaign impact. Help the AU sellers with day to day insights and follow up support. Marketing & Email Programs Create and send segmented email communications to drive engagement. Track performance and continually refine for better results. AI Driven Productivity Use AI agents and automation to streamline research, outreach, reporting, and day to day tasks. Bring new, progressive ideas on how AI can make our digital growth engine faster and smarter. Skills And Experiences Skills and Experience Experience 2–4 years in digital marketing, demand generation, growth roles, or sales support. Experience in B2B environment preferred. Skills Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., Dynamics, HubSpot, Marketo). Strong attention to detail and ability to manage several tasks at once. Comfortable analysing basic performance data and turning it into actionable insight. Curious mindset with a willingness to experiment and iterate. Nice to Have Exposure to account based programs or customer targeting. Certifications or training in digital advertising, analytics, or marketing platforms. Comfort using AI tools or automation for content, workflows, and research. Success Measures Growth in qualified pipeline sourced through digital activities.
