I-MED Box Hill Victoria is currently looking for some Medical Receptionists to join the team, there will be opportunities for both Full-Time with rotating shifts between 6am and 6pm , but on occasion may be required to work until 10pm. Role Overview: As a Medical Receptionist , you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures. Answering phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally. Ensuring smooth clinic operations during our business hours. Key Qualifications: Clear verbal and written communication skills. Exhibit genuine care and understanding for patients' well-being Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
