About The Role Avant Practice Solutions are a premium provider of medical practice management services across Australia. We support a variety of medical specialist, as well as general and surgical practices, by providing off-site administration and practice management services. Due to continued growth, we have a fantastic full-time opportunity for a compassionate and efficient Medical Receptionist now available. Requirements: Must be available to work a 38hour week, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, no public holidays or weekends. Work is conducted onsite at our Box Hill location, no working from home. Must have the correct working rights within Australia. This position in Box Hill requires an adaptable and confident person, with a strong drive to provide only the highest quality service. Medical experience is desirable but not essential. You will be working with a range of surgeons and physicians. Even more important will be your proven track record in providing excellent customer service with empathy and respect. The ability to quickly learn a range of different practice software packages (e.g. Gentu, Clinic to Cloud, among others) will be needed for success in the role. Key duties include: Managing patient phone enquiries, approximately 80 telephone calls per day.
