We’re seeking an experienced Service Delivery Lead to own the delivery, support, and optimisation of key Sales and Marketing platforms, including Salesforce Sales & Service, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, and our broader web technology stack. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll partner closely with the business to deliver secure, reliable, and user-centred platforms that make everyday exceptional. What you’ll do Lead delivery and support of Salesforce and web platforms across the enterprise Provide hands-on technical leadership and resolve complex incidents Establish SLAs, service processes, and escalation frameworks Drive platform stability, security, and continuous improvement Partner with Sales & Marketing, and Technology teams to build and transition solutions from Projects into BAU What you’ll bring 5 years’ experience in Salesforce platform support leadership Strong Salesforce (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud) and SaaS experience Solid understanding of integrations, APIs, and web technologies Experience operating within ITIL or similar service frameworks A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset Why Levande?
