You’ll manage production support across projects, product, and clients, ensuring issues are resolved quickly, processes run efficiently, and client satisfaction stays high. What You’ll Do Oversee production support and coordinate with engineering and product teams. Manage the Zendesk portal and track issues through to resolution within SLAs. Engage directly with banking clients to provide updates and insights. Lead SLA/governance reporting and present in quarterly client sessions. Improve support frameworks and drive data-led process optimisation. What You’ll Bring Experience in production or application support (banking/fintech preferred). Solid grasp of ITIL and service management frameworks. Strong client communication and coordination skills. Structured, proactive, and improvement-focused mindset.
