Supporting industrial, OEM, infrastructure and energy sectors, the business combines in-house engineering, advanced manufacturing and strong quality systems to deliver reliable, high-performance products for demanding applications. About the role We are seeking a Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator to support manufacturing operations in Seven Hills. This hands-on role focuses on purchasing, inventory control and cost management, working closely with production, finance and national & international suppliers to ensure material availability, data accuracy and cost control. Key responsibilities Manage purchasing activities in line with budgets and production requirements Forecast and control inventory levels, lead times and reorder points Monitor stock movements, conduct cycle counts and resolve variances Liaise with national and international suppliers, freight and logistics providers Analyse purchasing costs, usage trends and inventory valuation Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory data, reports and registers Support audits, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives About you 3 years' experience in purchasing, inventory or supply chain roles Strong inventory control and analytical capability Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Syteline or similar) Strong Excel skills and attention to detail Confident communicator with suppliers and internal stakeholders You will have full Australian Working Rights What's on offer Comprehensive training provided Permanent position in a specialist Australian manufacturing business Full-time, office-based role in Seven Hills $80K-$90K super, depending on experience If you're a commercially minded Purchasing & Inventory professional looking for a hands-on and varied role, apply now or contact Brooke (b.smeaton@tecside.com.au) for a confidential discussion.
