Review, update and modernise WHS/HSEQ documentation, policies and procedures Conduct regular site inspections across Sydney-based projects Engage with site teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure practical compliance Deliver clear, confident safety communication and education across the business Support WHSEQ requirements for tenders and live projects Partner with leadership to drive continuous improvement initiatives Champion training, systems and safety culture across the organisation What We’re Looking For - 5 years across Commercial construction ONLY ( civil exposure highly regarded) Residential Building Applications & Manufacturing unfortunately, won't be considered Cert IV in WHS (minimum) Strong communicator, confident dealing with site teams through to senior leadership Practical, solutions-focused mindset (not clipboard-only safety) High attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture Current White Card and Driver’s Licence Someone who genuinely cares about safety, people and doing things properly If you’re looking for a stable, values-driven construction business where safety is respected and your experience is valued, this is worth a conversation.
