You’ll join a long-standing, supportive team in Riverstone and be trained across accounts and administration, with increasing responsibility as your skills develop. What You’ll Be Doing Assist with daily invoicing and payments Support accounts payable and receivable Follow up outstanding accounts and prioritise actions Process credit applications within set guidelines Update customer records and maintain accuracy Respond to customer account queries General administration, filing and office support About You Detail-focused and comfortable with numbers Able to use judgement and make day-to-day decisions Computer literate (Excel, Outlook, Word) A clear communicator with a positive attitude Organised, reliable and able to manage priorities Interested in long-term growth in accounts Training provided on all systems (including SAP). You’ll be supported while also encouraged to use initiative and make routine decisions.
