We are seeking an experienced, energetic and motivated individual who can provide administrative support to the team and ensure a high level of customer care. We are looking for someone who has any client-facing or administrative experience. This is a full-time, onsite, permanent role based in our Geelong office. Your role, your contribution! Perform front of house coverage duties such as providing efficient customer services to clients and staff, managing mail, client data and meeting rooms. Take charge of diverse administrative tasks, from lodging tax returns to managing ATO correspondence, completing ASIC tasks, and completing trust accounts. Administration tasks including database maintenance, APS updates, document management, and client invoicing. Providing general administrative support to team members. The benefits of joining us! What you will bring to the role Experience in customer services, administration, or any front of house role is highly desirable. A genuine team player who has excellent client and stakeholder relationship skills. Highly skilled in prioritising and coordinating tasks.
