As a Senior Remuneration & Organisational Development (OD) Specialist , you'll play a pivotal role in shaping frameworks and initiatives that enhance culture, capability and fairness. Your Opportunity A unique opportunity for a hybrid, full-time (part-time would be considered) Remuneration & OD expert to drive strategic projects, use leading technology, and shape total rewards. Responsibilities include designing and delivering OD workshops, leading annual remuneration reviews and job architecture projects, and supporting change, capability, and workforce effectiveness initiatives. The Remuneration focus excludes payroll and EA-related tasks and works within a simple benefits structure (no bonuses or packaged items). Your priorities will include: Accurate benchmarking for 7 5 0 salaried staff. Lead ing job evaluation and grading to ensure consistency and market alignment. Oversee ing fair and equitable remuneration decisions. Annual remuneration reviews . All required reporting and compliance, including WGEA and s alary survey submission s. Strong stakeholder engagement, ensuring appropriateness of indiv idual salar ies . Collaborating with the Continuous Improvement team and supporting BAU activities. On the OD side, you’ll lead initiatives that strengthen organisational capability . Your priorities will include: Build ing and manag ing relationships with benefits providers. Maintain ing and enhanc ing the job architecture framework for effectiveness , career growth and alignment with business strategy. Overseeing Position Management protocols . Drive Remuneration & OD strategies to strengthen culture, leadership, succession, and engagement. What You’ll Bring You are a collaborative, strategic thinker who thrives on making an impact. You bring: Expertise in remuneration and benefits frameworks as well as organisational development . Proficiency with Tier 1 HRIS (Workday highly regarded). Ability to influence, consult and build trusted stakeholder relationships. Relevant tertiary or postgraduate HR qualifications.
