To make this vision real, we’re looking for a bold, systems-thinking Product Manager – Devices to join our Devices Product Management team. You will sit at the heart of our new platform development, partnering across engineering, design, clinical, and commercial teams to build a product that delivers exceptional outcomes for patients, providers, and the business. This role reports directly to the Director of Product – Devices. Your Mission As the Product Manager – Devices, you will: 1. Lead the Future of Our Device Platform Drive the definition, design, and delivery of the next major ResMed device platform. You’ll articulate the user experience we’re trying to create, balance strategic trade-offs, and shape the roadmap from concept through launch and beyond. 2. Champion Global Thinking from Day One Work closely with regional teams across the US, EU, APAC, and emerging markets to deeply understand customer needs, regulatory requirements, and market nuances. You will ensure our platform is designed for global success — not retrofitted for it. 3. Build the Bridge From Concept to Impact Work hand-in-hand with design, engineering, and operations partners to bring bold ideas to life. You’ll shape how the product looks, feels, and performs—balancing technical constraints, manufacturing realities, and user experience to deliver devices that are both beautiful and reliable at scale. 4. Collaborate Across ResMed’s Product Ecosystem Our devices sit at the centre of an interconnected experience. You’ll work closely with partners across software, digital health, accessories, diagnostics, and data platforms to ensure we build products that work seamlessly together and unlock new value. 5. Deliver with Purpose and Precision From early discovery to NPI execution to global launch readiness, you will ensure every milestone is tied to user value and business impact. Shape Global Launch Strategy Partner with commercial and regional teams to plan, execute, and optimize global launches. You’ll align cross-functional teams around readiness, messaging, adoption, and ongoing product performance. Build with Cross-Functional Excellence Collaborate with engineering, design, clinical, regulatory, and operations teams to deliver deliver a differentiated, high-quality platform. Experience Building Products End-to-End 3 years in product management, product development, or hardware-focused roles in health tech, consumer products, or regulated industries. You can turn ambiguous spaces into clear decisions. Strong Cross-Functional Leadership Exceptional communication, collaboration, and influence. Commercial & Market Fluency You understand how products succeed in the real world — not just in development. Experience with go-to-market, launch planning, or commercial teams is a plus.
