We’re seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead this critical work from inception and RFP through to full implementation . The Opportunity You will steer a high‑impact program covering business design, organisational readiness, and HR technology platform selection. This includes leading discovery, managing a complex multi‑vendor RFP, aligning business and technical streams, and preparing the organisation for change. This role requires significant collaboration with executives, operational leaders and vendors, and due to the intensity of the current phase, is predominantly in‑office .
