How you'll make an impact As an Enterprise Security Architect at AMP, you’ll be at the intersection of technical excellence and people leadership. Not only will you work alongside and develop a team of security professionals, but you’ll also play a pivotal role in shaping our security architecture and ensuring our business is protected against evolving threats. Your ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across technology, business and executive teams will be just as important as your technical expertise. By translating complex security requirements into practical solutions and fostering a culture of collaboration, you’ll ensure that security is embedded in every aspect of our operations. Your leadership will empower your team to innovate, grow and deliver outstanding results, while your stakeholder management skills will ensure alignment and buy-in across the organisation. What you'll bring to the role You are a proven people leader with a passion for developing talent and building high-performing teams. Equally, you are a technical expert with deep experience in security architecture, risk management and compliance within complex environments. Your technical competencies include: Advanced knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as ISMS, NIST, ISO27K, and APRA CPS234 Hands-on experience designing and implementing security architecture for financial services and business systems including Super Investments, Enterprise Platforms, Marketing and other Business aligned technologies Strong understanding of technology architecture frameworks like SABSA and TOGAF Expertise in security solution delivery, including threat analysis, control design and secure by design methodologies Experience with security consulting, architectural processes and technical leadership in highly regulated sectors (financial services experience highly regarded) Ability to analyse complex business and technology problems, providing risk-informed solutions that balance security and business needs Your stakeholder management skills are second to none. You excel at building trust, influencing decision-makers and communicating complex ideas in a clear, compelling way.
