About the Role: Paediatric Caseload : You’ll be working with a diverse group of children, including autistic kids, ADHDers and those with specific learning disabilities. We also have private clients with support needs that lie in core domains such as speech, fluency and early language development. Many of our clients seek therapy that is affirming and respectful of their identity, and we’re committed to providing that. Adult Caseload: Most therapists will also support some teens and young adults who are seeking NDA care. Airway-Focused Care : Spot is an airway-focused practice, meaning we understand the profound impact that airway health, breathing, and sleep have on development and well-being. You’ll have the opportunity to access training that will support incorporation of this knowledge into your clinical work.
