About the role As a Child Care Educator in our not‑for‑profit OSHC service, you’ll help create engaging, high‑quality experiences that support children’s learning and wellbeing. This role offers a clear pathway to grow into an Educational Leader , with mentoring and hands‑on opportunities to build your skills in program planning and quality practice. You’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative team that values professional development and the positive impact we make in our community. Our OSHC provides before‑school, after‑school, and vacation care on the beautiful grounds of St Bernard’s Primary School in Berowra Heights.
