Service Desk Level 3 Technician - MSP (South East Melbourne) A South East Melbourne based MSP is seeking a Level 3 Service Desk Technician to own complex technical issues, mentor the team, and deliver a premium support experience to its clients. The role Handle Level 3 escalations, troubleshoot and resolve complex tickets, and meet agreed SLAs. Work closely with the Technical Support Manager and Service Desk team to manage priorities and keep stakeholders informed. Log time accurately and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and learning. What you'll bring Minimum 5 years' experience in an IT/MSP environment with strong troubleshooting skills. Mandatory Microsoft Azure certification: AZ-104 (Azure Administrator) at a minimum, with higher-level Azure certs highly regarded. Additional relevant certifications (MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, ITIL4) and excellent written and verbal communication. Tech you'll work with Cloud: Microsoft Azure (core focus), O365.
