The Opportunity MJD Recruitment is partnering with a leading Global law firm in their search for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their thriving Employment law practice group. This role suits someone who enjoys being relied upon, building trusted relationships, and contributing at a high level. You will support Partners and senior fee earners on complex, high-quality matters while working within a collaborative and people-focused team. The Role Working closely with a respected Partner and the wider Employment team, you will provide comprehensive secretarial support across a busy practice. Your responsibilities will include: Diary, meeting and travel coordination Preparing and amending legal documentation and correspondence Managing confidential files and opening and closing matters Monthly billing, expenses and matter administration Client liaison and triage of queries Maintaining accurate CRM and client data Supporting business development and team initiatives About You You will bring 3 years’ experience in a legal secretarial role, ideally within Employment or another high-volume practice. You are detail-focused, calm under pressure, and confident managing competing priorities. Strong MS Office skills are essential, along with experience using billing and CRM systems. You enjoy working collaboratively and take pride in delivering polished, reliable support. The Benefits This firm is genuinely committed to its people.
